Tactics is a Royal Enviromental Health Institute for Scotland(REHIS) Approved Training Centre. Our Conflict Managment Elementary course is the the only accredited Conflict Management course in Scotland. Our presenters  for this course are registered and approved by REHIS.

Tactics also have an accredited instructor available for practical self - defence and breakaway skills. She holds a BTEC level 3 Advanced Award Certificate in Physical Restraint Practice. Instructor accreditation is awarded by National Federation for Personal Safety.

Tactics was established in 2003 and has been responsible for providing outstanding Conflict Management courses ever since. Our speciality is in tactical communication strategies, whether in the context of personal safety, management or working with people.
